2 Versions of Libertango (FreedomTango), by Astor Piazzolla, that I just stumbled upon in YouTube.
By Tine Thing Helseth & tango trio (Tine Thing Helseth is a Norwegian trumpeter)
By Alison Balsom (English trumpeter)
A more “classic” version, by Yo Yo Ma (cello) and Nestor Marconi (Bandoneon). I don’t know why the caption below the video on YouTube says “The original video of Libertango by Astor Piazzolla”. That is just wrong, there was no “original” video, and the one playing is not Piazzolla (it is Nestor Marconi),
This is the Master himself, playing Adios Nonino (one of the many, many versions he played and / or recorded).
The question of course is: How can it be possible for something to be that beautiful?
